Abstract:
In our investigation, we tried to discuss two questions: 1) the feasibility of using the commercial kit for DNA extraction of fresh fungi sample, and the utility of ITS primers in PCR. 2) the identification of the common edible mushrooms in Suzhou market and their inter-species relationship.
